Backstreets of Milan before Christmas, 2021

Christmas is the most important day of the year in Italy.

Because of COVID-19, I couldn't celebrate Christmas with my family last year.

We were restricted from traveling and from gathering in large groups.

This year, I hope we can celebrate with our grandparents.
